Every morning starts with an email sharing only the most important things for our afternoon sweat session. Those include:

- our exercises + music for the day
- some scenes from yesterday's workout
Our workout is driven by a circuit of 6 exercises, each done for 1 minute with 15 seconds of rest in between. After 5 quick circuits you're done.

Start of the circuit with a heart rate booster. We're talking 360 jumping jacks, inchworm variations...all the best to get you glowing.
4 creative exercises focused on different muscle groups and your core. We switch these up daily and always keep you guessing.
Each circuit ends with a wildcard. Focus on a specific exercise, dance, do handstands (yes some ppl do this) - you do you.
